Hi Matthias

It's better to subscribe to the list first if you want to get a reply
quickly, postings from unsubscribed address usually processed slowly.

Actually Evince already have all options you listed. How it come you
didn't notice them? But we have a lot of tasks to do, please check out
bugzilla for hints :)
