I'm also trying to make the adding annotation tool, including highlighting,
comments, and special marks which indicate WHO has made a comment on that
word/sentence. Maybe you could provide some suggestions on this. Many thanx.

Hello evince team!
seems like evince is not supporting the adding annotation tool. I would
be very happy to see it available soon. Is it planned any soon? My
collaborators are spread all over the world and the fastest way of
giving feedback is by annotations to the documents in preparation.
Therefore, it will be fantastic to have the annotations tool in evince
too! I don't want to change platforms for ding that.
