Looking at the poppler source and the error output, it seems like a font is
missing.
"Error: Couldn't find a font for 'Times-Roman', subst is 'Helvecita'."
Do evince and poppler for Windows expect that some fonts are installed with the
OS?
Why does poppler assert when the error output indicates that a substitute font
was found?
Regards.

What version of the C++ runtime needs to be installed?
This is an embedded version of XP and does not have all runtime libraries
installed. I'm hoping that it is that simple.

Please reply directly. I have not subscribed to the list.

Many thanks.
