The Evince download for Windows is very outdated. But I found an MSI
package download for
version 3.6.1:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/GNOME:/Apps:/Evince:/Windows:/3.6.1.0/openSUSE_12.2/noarch/mingw32-evince-msi-3.6.1-215.1.noarch.rpm
This version seems to work well for me on Windows 10. Can you please
update the download link on https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince/Downloads
with
the version from download.opensuse.org or maybe with a new build of the
latest release?
