[Evolution-hackers] evolution and gstreamer

I am sorry for posting this question to this list but time is running short, 
the freeze is almost here.  I posted this question to the evolution-list but 
there has been no response.  Does any know if evolution has been updated to 
use gstreamer 0.10?  Does evolution only require gstreamer and not 
gstreamer-plugins.  Is this a requirements bug?  I am running fedora core 
rawhide and evolution-2.5.90.
