On a quick evaluation by eye, the patch looks fine. I will test and update the bug after running it through my build when back in my office. (Also, I think the '#include <iconv.h>' statement can be safely removed in evolution:configure.in just like in evolution-data-server:configure.in. Perhaps just an oversight).
