anybody noticed a build break? Just wondering if its cos of the
removal of e-util/e-gtk-utils.h
This does have a lot of dependencies..
I have a committed a couple of those things... But there are a few
more - thought Matthew will be in a better position to take a call on
the dependencies in shell/main.c et.al
