Vi har mottagit ett e-postbrev från den här adressen ([email protected]) som saknar bifogat dokument. Dokument som skall skickas genom Urkunds system måste bifogas e-postbrev som fil. E-postbrev som inte har någon bifogad fil behandlas inte av Urkund och vidarebefordras inte heller till din lärare. Inget bekräftelsebrev, utöver detta felmeddelande, skickas heller ut till dig gällande e-postbrevet i fråga. Om du skickar ditt dokument igen till din lärares urkund-adress, den här gången som en bifogad fil, så kommer det att tas emot av systemet som vanligt. Documents that are intended to pass through the Urkund system must be attached to the e-mail as a file. E-mail sent to Urkund without any attached document will not be processed or forwarded to your teacher. No confirmation letter, apart from this error message, will be sent to you in reference to the e-mail in question. If you re-submit your document to your teachers urkund-address as an attached file it will be accepted by the system as usual.
