Still doesn't make sense. They use to call it RTFM. In other words, for
me, know the API you use. If you do not know it, then this kind of stuff
is no help. And for me, it's nothing but irritating, not helping in
readability of the code. Simply you cannot copy DOC of the 3rd party
library function into the code where it's used, it was never meant to be
done that way.
