The feature list is not binding. It's just to track what we'll have
cooking on the stove during the next development cycle. If a feature
slips, it slips. Sometimes that's the prudent thing to do.
Case in point:
My main focus now and going into 3.9 is finishing the WebKit composer.
It missed 3.8, unfortunately. Still too many unresolved regressions.
