No idea, we don't need it or use it.

Our "real" model is just the folder, we map that to the etreemodel only for display purposes, so we have no need to know any of those details from the mailer.  I guess the view would need it, but thats all etable black-magic-greek to me.

Does the model used by the mailer not emit a more granular row deleted
signal?  I suspect it must if speed of the delete is any indication.
