Hi, A bug has been opened on the Ubuntu bugzilla about evolution 2.3.2 having the attachement bar opened all the time.
I've forwarded it to the GNOME bugzilla: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=306760 I quite of agree with the submitter. Some people don't use attachments a lot and have no use of this bar, and the hide/show option is a small graphic detail which doesn't really complexify the UI ... any reason to get ride of it?
