Usually this error means that you have to add a line in your /etc/bonobo-activation/bonobo-activation-config.xml file.
Betweeen <searchpath></searchpath> saying something like, in your case, <item>/home/<user>/MyEvolution/lib/bonobo/servers</item> If now that folder was your --prefix choosen. replace <user> with your username...
