It seems this method spews a carbon copy of an activation debug
message, at 2 places, which rather hampers debugging of the issue.
Can we change the latter message to:
e_activation_failure_dialog (GTK_WINDOW (composer),
_("composer control crashed during setup"));
or somesuch - also it's not really an activation failure there, so it'd
be better to have a different dialog.
