Then just share the damn mailboxes. You don't need a port of Evolution to Windows to do this. Evolution uses mbox as it's default mail storage format, which Outlook Express and Eudora (IIRC) both know how to read. Alternately, just set Evolution and your other email agent to leave the messages on the POP server. Then set your Windows client to delete them from the server after the messages reach a certain age. Reboot into the other OS every once in a while to pick up messages, and you're done. It's about three minutes of work.
