Hello,
I have a Handspring Prism USB that I am trying to setup with Evolution
v1.0.3. I have tested the PDA and USB part of the system using
pilot-link. I am able to backup, sync, etc so the connection is fine.
When I start the pilot setup via Evolution or gnomecc the gpilotd
starts and I get error messages about weird packets. I have usb-uhci,
usbserial and visor kernel mods loaded and I have /dev/pilot linked to
/dev/ttyUSB1. Kernel is 2.4.17 atop a Redhat 7.2 install.
I have tried doing a red carpet update of Ximian. Even at the new level
I get the errors. I have tried various baudrates and conduit settings
(serial, usb, etc) and dont get any positive results.
Does anyone have a Handspring Prism that works with Evolution that
could give me pointers?
