But it does not work - at least not in any version of Evolution up to
and including 1.0.7 .

Does accel="*Control*Return" really work in the unstable branch? How can
it work when it does not work in the stable branch?
I aggree with you that the syntax seems more correct. However, it is
easier to fix it by replacing 'Control' with 'Ctrl' than hacking GTK or
OAF or BONOBO or whatever to fix it.
On the other hand, i really only know that 'Ctrl*Return' works in the
message composer. I do not _really_ know if it fixes the contact editor
or the task editor. Could you check that?
