Your exchange backend is crashing. Account setup went on fine for you? You can also try to create an account using Evolution's account setup wizard.
I think it is better to file a bug with gdb traces for evolution-exchange-storage, when it crashes. See http://www.gnome.org/projects/evolution/bugs.shtml -Sushma.
