Actually, I do mean Paragraph Style, as in "the style of a paragraph".
The menu uses the IMHO confusing Format / Heading to access the same
options as the dropdown to select the style of a paragraph.
Anyway, you are correct that I'm referring to the "Preformat" named
style in the example.
