Wait, there is some news! (hopefully). I upgrade only the libsoup with 2.2.9 from the ftp.suse.com and leave untouched the evolution packet and seems all now is working! (i can access calendar and task) and seems the speed is pretty ok too.

So, the current situation is:
evolution-2.4.1-11
evolution-data-server-1.4.1.1-5
evolution-exchange-2.4.2-3
libsoup-2.2.90-3

I will reboot, do some test again and offer some feedback.

I forgot to mention that I did the test of the symlink even with 2.2.9 (coming from tp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/GNOME/update_for_10.0/applications/ ) but the same error

..
eolution-exchange-storage :32385): libsoup-CRITICAL **: soup_message_add_header: assertion `hash != NULL' failed
.. and than crash.

Right now I downgrade and the current "little bit" stable (for email) config is:

evolution-2.4.1-11
evolution-data-server-1.4.1.1-5
evolution-exchange-2.4.2-3
libsoup-2.2.6.1-3

libsoup 2.2.4 feels outdated. 2.2.7 is the latest stable release. As an
interesting side note, there is *no* libsoup 2.2.4 release on
ftp.gnome.org at all [1].

Uhm, rpm reports missing dependencies? Did you force the install?

Which is a hack. Looks like the snapshot packages are broken.
