Message / Redirect does exactly, what it implies -- it redirects the
Mail. This means, the message will "continue to be sent", and the From:
header stays the same.

Despite the fact the UI implies otherwise. The From drop-down actually
is used to determine the SMTP server / sendmail to use, it does not
change the From: header. This is a known UI bug.
