Igor,
I have to agree with you - see my post on "Evolution not working". I've been
using Ubuntu for about six months for my business and use Evolution simply
because it was the default software when I installed Ubuntu. It seemed OK and
so I continued with it.

But it seems to have got slower even though it has received only a few thousand
emails (which is not many for a business, even a one-man business from home).
Then it crashed and now I have no access to my emails and no solution as yet.
No-one on the Ubuntu forums was able to help me - in fact no-one even replied
to the post there and I begin to wonder if any of them use Evolution!

I posted here yesterday for the first time and now I'm trying to follow up a
couple of suggestions. But it's bad for anyone like me running a business.
Perhaps Evolution is not robust enough and I should be using something like
Thunderbird? In Windows I used unusual software called Turnpike supplied by my
ISP but it never let me down in 10 years!

Good luck with your problems!
Peter
