Ah, thank you for pointing this out.  I see that these threads
are several years old, and though I don't know anything about
evolution's code, these features don't seem hard to implement
(mostly an issue with how to save the settings).  Is there a
fundamental reason they haven't been implemented?  What's the
estimated spin-up time to be able to contribute to evolution?
Would I have to learn a bunch of gnome tools to be able to do
this, or would it just be evolution?
