Yes, I have discovered that but it is not possible to just click in the column to flag a message, you have to right-click, choose 'Mark for Follow Up' and click OK in the popup. I'm not sure why it is a text saying 'Follow-Up' in this column instead of just a symbol, like a flag as it is in Outlook/OWA.
