hmmm -- so you ARE seeing incoming exchange mail being filtered/checked 
automatically by the bogofilter plugin??
(sigh) I'm still NOT seeing incoming mail being filtered/checked by 
bogofilter.  I guess tomorrow i'll rebuild and mv .evolution out of the 
way and start from scratch/ala fresh install.
