I'm having SMTP issues: simple text-only messages (like this one) send fine, but anything more complicated (e.g. a reply, an embedded image, any other attachment) and outgoing.verizon.net times out. My M$ box works just fine with Thunderbird, but both Evolution and Thunderbird on my Linux box exhibit the same behavior. Anyone have an idea how to diagnose this problem?
