Tom, I not sure if it works, but go to the Calendar view and right-click on the "Calendar" word (in the left Panel). Then select "Properties" and check the option that sets the folder as the default calendar (I'm using a portuguese version of evolution, so I can't tell you the exact name of that check box. But there are only two check boxes, so it won't be difficult to find).

I need things to go to the Exchange Calendar. Sometimes I forget to change it when I add something new and it's a problem.
