No.. You can't add alarms to a task or a memo in Evolution 2.22 :-(
However, you could create a recurring appointment in your calendar to
play an alarm at a specified time. [Please note: You don't have to
create a meeting, aka group-scheduled-entity, for this purpose. A
simple appointment would do :-)]
