Try: exit Evolution in a terminal window enter evolution --force-shutdown backup your $HOME/.evolution ( tar cvfz myevo.tgz .evolution ) rm -rf .evolution/exchange/ .evolution/mail/exchange/ restart evolution ( it may take a few minutes to re-sync ).
