It took me a while to figure it out - Could be more intuitively laid

You escape the search by clicking the brush icon and wipe the search.
 
You probably 'click' on the mail you're searching on anyway, so a click
to end the search seems OK to me. However, with the cursor in the box
I'd expect the 'escape' key to end also.

View Images now Button for Clicking on. 
Keyboard shortcuts are always faster for those who type, but need
learning.

As an automaticly generated reply such as:  Out of office, Holiday
notifications, and 'Thank you for your Interest, We'll get back to you
later' responses.  
I thought Evo had this, but I can't find it either tonight.
