I'm going to have to agree with Brian. Having a Compose New Message from Template would be an awesome addition or maybe the option to add these things manually. I would have to rank this suggestion right up there with the Attachment Reminder plugin - which has saved me from re-sending emails with the attachements I forgot in the previous reply.
