Thanks. after agreeing upon "using OWA, with filters to move all the emails to local folder"
Sir, I am not alone, we are almost 13 users who will be using evolution2.6 instead of outlook. on the average every user has 5 folders in outlook eg, ClientA, ClientB, .. ClientF, all emails from the domain of ClientA, automatically move to the ClientA Folder, and all the emails from the domain of ClientF move to the folder "ClientF". So it means in evolution first I have to create Local Folders as we have in Outlook, then we have to create rules to move all emails that are 1 day old in the Folder "ClientA" to the "LOCAL ClientA folder " likewise I have to create several rule one for each folder am i right ? Please acknowledge/suggest/comment I am sorry I am asking again and again. Yes. Just set up a filter that moves mail from the Exchange folders to the local folders. You can do this upon retrieval, or just periodically run it. -- Art Alexion Resources for Human Development, Inc. 215-951-0300 x3075 4700 Wissahickon Ave. [email protected] Philadelphia, PA 19144 267-615-3172
