Hi,
yes, there had been done a change in this; filters are not applied to
messages which had been moved by user. It was an incorrect behaviour for
situations where you move your messages to Inbox, but you have a filter
rule to move this message to other folder.
You can apply filters by hand, just select your messages and press
Ctrl+Y (Message->Apply Filters).
