Thanks for the reply. Is it even possible to configure this in evolution? The reason I ask is because I am looking into fixing/adding this feature. I wanted to see what other people were doing before I brought this to the evolution hackers list. I have not had any luck with google or searching through the mailing lists for a solution. This mailing list was a last resort before I went to the hackers list. I did find a bug in the evolution bugzilla with a similar issue (529705) https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=529705.
