Hi Dianne,
your email provider may have set timeout between mail send/receive
attempts. in such a situation Evo acts as you have entered invalid
password. The next time password prompt appears, click cancel option,
wait 3-5 minutes and click send/receive again - there should be no
popup.
This is just a guess, but you may as well ask your mail provider if
they do force timeouts between following send/receive attempts.
