Thanks for your replay. 

I did some "rm" I might not do :p

You gave me the hint to check... the new home directory was not properly
mounted with the right permissions. I restore it and copy again all
files I backuped. I have had to reconfigure the accounts but emails are
still on the box and now all seems to work right.
