"j...@hotmail" is not a legitimate email address. Unless you have some local magic that turns it into "[email protected]", maybe that's you're problem. Frankly, it's hard to understand your message (I'm Irish myself and even I don't get it :-). Try to clearer and more explicit about what's happening. And try to reduce the problem to the simplest possible expression: I do X, and Y happens.
