I assume he means it is not properly indicating to Evolution *if* there is an Internet/network connection. Evolution works very well without a network connection; which is [aside from a powerful interface] the huge advantage over webmail solutions. I've never had any issues at all with NM so I can't really offer any advice here. Is it saying you are online when you are offline, or that you are offline when you are online? > There are many applications that can provide an internet connection > for use by Evolution and other apps, Firefox, etc., you've listed two > of them (NM and Wicd) though there are others as well. -- Adam Tauno Williams <[email protected]> LPIC-1, Novell CLA <http://www.whitemiceconsulting.com> OpenGroupware, Cyrus IMAPd, Postfix, OpenLDAP, Samba _______________________________________________ evolution-list mailing list [email protected] To change your list options or unsubscribe, visit ... http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/evolution-list
