OK, then I'm wrong. I didn't notice any similar bug report for
evolution-exchange, though I do not check bugs filled against it much.

Well, it depends; evolution-exchange is still better in some aspects
compared with evolution-mapi and vice versa. You can give evolution-mapi
a try and decide yourself, though version 0.28.3 is too old, I would use
0.30.3 or any newer version.
