ah, even it's in the bug report, which is awfully long, the newer
version, since 2.24, has also the folders.db file, where this corruption
occurs, so when you delete also that file, then it'll be recreated the
next start. For local folders you may lose things like labels and other
tags on messages, if you use them. Rather than deleting the file, move
it to another folder, just in case something will go wrong.

Note, it might be enough to recreate tables for your Trash folder, by
dropping all tables with name Trash in them and a row for Trash in
'folders' table inside the folders.db file. It may preserve labels and
such in other folders.
