If you're using Evolution 2.32 then you're also using E-D-S 2.32. gnome-panel 2.30 was probably built with libraries from E-D-S 2.30. There was a D-Bus API break in 2.32, so you have a version mismatch. I'd recommend upgrading to gnome-panel 2.32 or else rebuild gnome-panel 2.30 against E-D-S 2.32.
