My experience that even when working for a *large* company, even if you find bugs using Outlook itself, you don't get any coherent support from Microsoft anyway. Not even when you can show that it's just plain broken (and corrupting incoming email). Thankfully for you, I think in this case it's actually a bug in your client, not in the Exchange server itself.
