Last month the SO's email address changed, so she needed to notify
everyone in her addressbook.
As she still uses KMail, she was able 'select all addresses' and pull
them into an email (though had to be careful not to exceed the Gmail
SMTP limit of 100 addresses!).
In Evolution, I can't find a similar function. Addresses appear to
have to be selected one at a time for insertion into the email.
Is there a simple way of selecting 'all addresses'?
