Hi,
if I got it right, then this is because server returned such URL, and
evolution-ews autodiscover code just replaces your current URL with that
returned from the server. An easy fix is to let it discover Host URL and
OAB URL and then change only the domain part to point to your main
server.
You can check what is returned when you run evolution from console like
this:
$ EWS_DEBUG=2 evolution
and do the "Fetch URL" function from account preferences. You'll see raw
communication between evolution-ews and your server. Search for
"autodiscover" (quotes for clarity only) in that log.
