I'm not aware of the calendar one, you might want to file a bug in
Fedora bugzilla to investigate this further, ...

...though the GAL issue seems to be related to bug [1]. I wasn't able to
reproduce it consistently, thus I cannot tell what the issue is. Maybe
try with a test package from [2]. Note a restart of
evolution-addressbook-factory and evolution-calendar-factory is required
- it's enough to just kill those running processes after you install the
package.
