on the later versions of evolution...

$ cp $HOME/.config/evolution/mail/filters.xml $HOME/myfilters.xml

$ vi myfilters.xml

send myfilters.xml to printer


If $HOME/.config/evolution/mail/filters.xml doesn't exist on your
version, you'll have to search for filters.xml.
