I'd say to open a new bug report for that, it seems like a fallout from
a faulty migration (I do not know in what state your machine was before
the upgrade to rawhide).

Using "Local Delivery" doesn't add a new "node" into folder tree, while
"Unix Spool file/dir" do add there new "node". Being it empty, I'd say
it's related to the above error.
Did you just edit previously (pre-rawhide) created account, or this
account was created on 3.7.91? Does it work to create a new account for
"Local Delivery" from scratch in 3.7.91?
