I'm on openSUSE 12.3 x86_64 w/GNOME 3.8; I have yelp-3.8.0-1.3.x86_64

Help files are included the evolution-3.8.1-1.2.x86_64 package I have
installed.

Evolution: Help -> Contents works for me.
