By server you mean which mail provider? Wel it concerns all
IMAP-accounts:

- Gmail (2 accounts)
- Yahoo Mail (1 account)
- mail server of the local LUG (1 account)
- GMX Mail (1 account)
- Zoho Mail (2 accounts)

Evolution has never downloaded all messges, I have been using it for
about 2 months.
