what is it about, please? Do you have a bug report filled for it? Though
I'm afraid there is not much to be done, the GtkHTML based message
composer doesn't support styles, thus it sends simple HTML messages.

It depends on answers for the above questions, but anyway, if you talk
about webkit based message composer, then it's not part of 3.10. If
everything will go smoothly, then 3.12 is the version for webkit based
message composer.
